We send your order confirmation to the email address you provide at checkout.
GETTING READY
During processing, we check and prepare the order, then hand it over to the carrier.
ON ITS WAY
After dispatch, a shipping confirmation email provides the tracking information for your parcel.
THE CARRIER JOURNEY
The transit estimate starts when the parcel is dispatched. Order processing is additional to this time.
WHEN YOUR ORDER INCLUDES A PRE-ORDER
Pre-order pieces are prepared for dispatch around the estimated shipping date listed on their product page or in your order confirmation. To estimate arrival, start with that dispatch date and allow for the carrier transit time to your destination. An order containing both available and pre-order pieces may be held until the pre-order item is ready, unless separate shipments are arranged. Production, quality checks or carrier circumstances can change estimated dates. We will contact you if there is a material update affecting your order.

South Korea A valid Personal Customs Clearance Code is required from the customer. Submit customs information in Korean wherever this is required.
Duties & taxes The recipient pays import duties, taxes and customs charges unless these are expressly collected at checkout. We cannot mark a purchase as a gift or declare a value lower than its purchase price.
Refused parcels Where the law permits, costs arising from a refused parcel, including return shipping, customs, carrier and handling charges, may be charged to the customer or deducted from any amount otherwise payable to them.

Transit estimates count business days from dispatch and do not guarantee an arrival date. Customs clearance, busy periods, weather, carrier disruption and remote-area services may affect delivery.

PLANNING YOUR TIMING
The published transit periods start after dispatch and are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. A journey may take longer because of customs checks, high demand, weather, carrier disruption or delivery to a remote area.
If you need an order for a particular date, purchase early and select express delivery at checkout when it is offered. After dispatch, consult the tracking page for the carrier's latest arrival estimate.
YOUR ADDRESS DETAILS
Provide the street name and building number, apartment or unit number, city, region and postal code, together with a telephone number where you can be reached. Delivery to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO and military addresses is not available.
Certain islands, territories and remote locations may not be served or may carry different carrier charges. Availability at checkout is the final confirmation that delivery can be made to an address.
Email us immediately if you need to correct your delivery address. Once processing or dispatch has started, an amendment cannot be guaranteed.
FOLLOW YOUR PARCEL
After your parcel leaves our facility, follow its progress using the tracking number in your shipping email. Scans may take time to appear, especially while a parcel passes from one delivery partner to another.
Give the carrier time to record the initial scan, then revisit the tracking page.
Start by checking the carrier status. Customs clearance, weather and busy periods can lengthen transit.
Look in safe places and check with members of your household and neighbours. Then contact both the carrier and our team.
